This Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice applies where HealOvi is subject to state consumer health data privacy laws. It supplements the HealOvi Privacy Policy and any applicable HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

1. Consumer Health Data We May Collect

We may collect consumer health data directly from you, from healthcare providers, pharmacies, labs, service partners, your devices or browser, communications with us, or other sources you authorize.

We may use consumer health data to provide services, support telehealth workflows, coordinate care, process prescriptions, support pharmacy fulfillment, process payments, communicate with you, improve services, maintain safety, comply with law, prevent fraud, and manage business operations.

4. Sharing

We may share consumer health data with healthcare providers, pharmacies, labs, technology vendors, customer support vendors, payment processors, shipping partners, legal and compliance advisors, regulators, and other parties as permitted or required by law.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, confirm, delete, correct, withdraw consent, obtain a copy of data, or appeal a privacy request decision.
